Site Electrician

Location: Dewsbury with UK travel to sites
Basic salary: £41,600 to £47,840 basic dependant on experience
OTE - £60,000+
Overtime after 39 hours paid at time and a half
We are looking for an experienced Site Electrician to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis at our Bradford site.

The Role
As a Site Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, fault finding, repair, and inspection of electrical systems and equipment across the site. You will play a key role in ensuring plant reliability while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience working as an Industrial/Site Electrician.
- Previous experience working on a COMAH or other high-hazard industrial site.
- City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience on industrial electrical systems.
- Good understanding of electrical safety and safe systems of work.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Desirable Qualifications & Site Tickets
- The following would be advantageous:
- ECS Gold Card.
- CompEx Ex01–Ex04 (for hazardous areas).
- CCNSG Safety Passport or ECITB Safety Passport.
- IOSH Working Safely.
- IPAF (MEWP Operator).
- PASMA.
- Confined Space Training.
- First Aid at Work.
- Experience with PLC fault finding, variable speed drives (VSDs), instrumentation, and control systems.
